Pastor Edward Jarrett
I was saved in a Sunday afternoon service July, 15, 1972, at Fairhaven Baptist Church. I was called to preach on October 16, 1974 and ordained October 6, 1976 at Rensford Baptist Church.
I have pastored several churches in the state of West Virginia; I have never tired of the way. My greatest joy is to preach God’s Word to a lost and dying world. I am presently pastor at Rensford Baptist Church. My wife, Devonna, is my greatest supporter.
I have a diploma of the Bible from Liberty Baptist College, a certificate of Christian Life series from Moody Bible Institute, and a certificate of completion from Guidepost on Home Bible studies. I am presently studying the Old Testament, taught by Professor Amy-Jill Levine of Vanderbilt University Divinity School.
